These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") set out additional conditions for the use of the Hoag Agricultural Platform ("Platform"). They should be read together with the User Agreement and Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you accept these Terms.

1. Use of the Platform

• The Platform is provided for informational and service-related purposes in connection with shared hog investment and agricultural data.
• You agree to use the Platform only in a lawful manner and in accordance with these Terms.
• Hoag may introduce new features, modify existing ones, or remove features over time.

2. Registration, Access, and Security

• Certain areas of the Platform may require registration and authentication.
• You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for all actions performed through your account.
• Hoag may implement security procedures that must be followed to protect accounts and data.

3. Information on the Platform

• Farm profiles, performance indicators, and other data displayed on the Platform are based on information reasonably available at the time of display.
• Such information may change and may be subject to delays, technical errors, or updates.
• No content on the Platform should be understood as a guarantee of performance, returns, or outcomes.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform or any networks connected to it.
• Bypass or attempt to bypass security measures or access controls.
• Use automated tools (such as bots or scrapers) in a way that burdens or harms the Platform.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of any software used in the Platform, except where permitted by law.
• Use the Platform to transmit any illegal, harmful, or infringing content.

5. Updates, Maintenance, and Availability

• Hoag may perform maintenance or updates that could temporarily affect access to the Platform.
• Hoag does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access.
• Features may be added, removed, or adjusted from time to time to improve performance or comply with changing requirements.

6. Intellectual Property

• All rights in and to the Platform, including software, design, logos, and original content, are owned or licensed by Hoag.
• Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Platform.
• You may not use any trademarks, logos, or branding related to Hoag without prior authorization.

7. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hoag and its related parties from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of:

• Your violation of these Terms or the User Agreement.
• Your misuse of the Platform.
• Your infringement of any rights of another person or entity in connection with your use of the Platform.

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be modified from time to time. Material changes may be highlighted on the Platform. By continuing to use the Platform after a change, you agree to the updated Terms.

9. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be interpreted in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as closely as possible, the original intent of the parties, and the remaining parts will continue in full force and effect.

10. Entire Understanding

These Terms, together with the User Agreement and Privacy Policy made available on the Platform, form the overall understanding regarding your use of the Platform, unless additional specific terms are presented for particular services or features.
